Motivational Talks
We are all human beings, sometimes we work so hard forgetting that we are not machines, forgetting that we have a heart that beats and a brain that thinks. We can harness these two to unleash the power of humanity in us. Once we have done that, then we can move from working like machines to working smart, like the humans we are.
How much do we stress over that is really not that important? We need to free our minds and direct our hearts to love what we set to do. We are not machines, we can, sometimes, do things we don’t like, but we cannot do them efficiently. We have to bring some passion into the things we do.
A little motivation goes a long way to improve our performance and efficiency in our daily activities. Are you a student or a professional? Are you a CEO or a junior level employee? Are you a multinational company or a start-up?
We offer motivational talks to schools and institutions at extremely fair rates, because we believe that improving the potential of one human being is a whole step towards achieving the SDG’s and making the world a better place.
Career guidance
Career guidance and counselling goes a long way in facilitating one’s career development. There are not so many people out here who would consider offering guidance to the younger generation in regards to their career choices.
Our career guidance is tailored to help the younger generation to manage their career development successful. We, at IFG, are saying that, you don’t have to wait until you need a job to make career choices.
As part of our Commercial Social Responsibility, IFG offers free career guidance and counselling to students and fresh graduates from primary through high school to university and other post-secondary educational institutions.
